Mike White
Michael White is a 16 year local business owner. He owned and operated Next Generation Hearing care, while opening and running his insurance agency, NxGen. Michael is married to Valerie White and has two daughters Kealey and Ashlyn. Michael has always strived to serve his clients to the best of his ability. He was born in Jefferson county has lived in Jefferson County for the past 22 years. He is a graduate of MCHS and Southeastern University. Michael wants to continue to serve his clients by getting them the best insurance plan while making sure they have a plan to protect them and their loved ones.

Ashlyn White
Ashlyn was born and raised in Madison, IN. She is a graduate of Madison Consolidated High school. Ashlyn is the youngest daughter of Michael and is a dog mom to her Mini Australian Sheppard, Doc. and her Shi-poo, Lilo. Ashlyn aims to put her clients first and do her very best to help get them through all their insurance needs. She is a Medicare and Health Insurance specialist, but can help her clients in all their needs.

Jonathan Dahlman

Jonathan is a father and husband in Concord North Carolina where he has lived and worked for over 20 years. Jonathan was raised in Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from Southeastern University where he got a degree in youth Ministry. He has always been focused on serving others, regardless of what job he was working. Jonathan’s goal is to serve and build a connection with each of his clients so he can educate them on the way that insurance can help them in thier pursuit of their financial goals and dreams.

Doc is a member of the NxGen Insurance team. He loves to visits the office regularly. He is the grand-pup of Michael and son of Ashlyn. Doc loves celery, treats, peanuts and anything peanut butter. He often spends his days sitting alongside Ashlyn in his very own office chair. Doc is a Mini Australian Sheppard born in Mitchell Indiana. In his free time he enjoys playing ball, getting tummy scratches, going on walks and barking at the TV. Doc cannot wait to meet you!

Melissa Wolf
Agent
Melissa Wolf is the newest member of the team. As a community volunteer, there’s always something to do. Melissa is a member of the Madison Regatta board of directors, the Jefferson Co Kindness organization, and summers are filled with preparations for the 4H fair. Melissa grew up in Hanover and learned the value of hard work and understands the hardships that all families face at different times. Including the loss of loved ones without properly planning for final expenses. She feels that a career in the insurance industry was nothing short of a ‘calling.’ “It brings me a great sense of humility knowing that I’m helping people. Insurance is about protecting what’s important to you. We can’t predict the future, so I work hard to get you back on track when something unexpected happens. Most importantly, give you peace of mind knowing that you will be prepared for whatever life brings. She looks forward to being Your Agent.

Madison Ginn

Madison Ginn is our youngest agent. She was born and raised in Madison, Indiana. However, she was not intentionally named after her hometown. She is a proud dog mom of her 100 pound doberman, Dominic. She started in the workforce early as a line cook, and then moved over to serving. Her love for people has kept her in the business, as she still works evenings at the local Harry’s Stone Grill. Being social and connecting with her hometown has been something she has enjoyed since she could remember. Her goal is to assist as many families as possible as an agent, and give them hope through rough patches in their lives.
