Michael White is a 16 year local business owner. He owned and operated Next Generation Hearing care, while opening and running his insurance agency, NxGen. Michael is married to Valerie White and has two daughters Kealey and Ashlyn. Michael has always strived to serve his clients to the best of his ability. He was born in Jefferson county has lived in Jefferson County for the past 22 years. He is a graduate of MCHS and Southeastern University. Michael wants to continue to serve his clients by getting them the best insurance plan while making sure they have a plan to protect them and their loved ones.

OWNER, AGENT, CSR
Ashlyn was born and raised in Madison, IN. She is a graduate of Madison Consolidated High school. Ashlyn is the youngest daughter of Michael and is a dog mom to her Mini Australian Sheppard, Doc and her Shi-poo, Lilo. Ashlyn aims to put her clients first and do her very best to help get them through all their insurance needs. She is a Medicare and Health Insurance specialist, but can help her clients in all their needs.

Doc is a member of the NxGen Insurance team. He loves to visits the office regularly. He is the grand-pup of Michael and son of Ashlyn. Doc loves celery, treats, peanuts and anything peanut butter. He often spends his days sitting alongside Ashlyn in his very own office chair. Doc is a Mini Australian Sheppard born in Mitchell Indiana. In his free time he enjoys playing ball, getting tummy scratches, going on walks and barking at the TV. Doc cannot wait to meet you!
