Michael White is a 18 year local business owner. He owned and operated Next Generation Hearing care, while opening and running his insurance agency, NxGen. Michael is married to Valerie White and has two daughters Kealey and Ashlyn. Michael has always strived to serve his clients to the best of his ability. He was born in Jefferson county has lived in Jefferson County for the past 22 years. He is a graduate of MCHS and Southeastern University. Michael wants to continue to serve his clients by getting them the best insurance plan while making sure they have a plan to protect them and their loved ones.

Ashlyn was born and raised in Madison, IN. She is a graduate of Madison Consolidated High school. Ashlyn is the youngest daughter of Michael and is married to Lane Brawner. She is a dog mom to her Mini Australian Sheppard, Doc and her Shi-poo, Lilo. Ashlyn aims to put her clients first and do her very best to help get them through all their insurance needs. She is a Medicare and Health Insurance specialist, but can help her clients in all their needs.

Sarah was born in Indianapolis, IN but has lived in Madison since she was two years old. She is a graduate of Madison Consolidated High School and has a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from Ball State University. She was formerly a preschool teacher but has recently joined the NxGen team as a customer service representative. Sarah has one son, Lyrik, along with two dogs, Gypsy and Ally and one cat named Stella Blue. Sarah has grown up in a musical family with both her father and her brother being very talented musicians. She enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, camping and spending time with her family and friends. She is excited to learn more about NxGen and how we can help serve those in our community while finding the best insurance to meet their needs.

Michael has lived in the Madison area since 2003 when he went to work in the Melt Shop at North American Stainless in Ghent. Before that he farmed 2,000 acres in the Mississippi River bottoms near Cairo, IL. Michael is also a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Persian Gulf War. Michael is married to Nancy Caldwell, and they have two children. They attend church at Calvary Chapel of Madison. Michael has years of experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in Life and Medicare Insurance, and he believes in getting his clients the insurance products that best fits their needs at the best possible price.

Doc is a member of the NxGen Insurance team. He loves to visits the office regularly. He is the grand-pup of Michael and son of Ashlyn. Doc loves celery, treats, carrots and anything peanut butter. He often spends his days sitting alongside Ashlyn in his very own office chair. Doc is a Mini Australian Sheppard born in Mitchell Indiana. In his free time he enjoys playing ball, getting tummy scratches, going on walks and barking at the TV. Doc cannot wait to meet you!
